I thought it was time to try a similar experiment myself, one that would take one or two hours at max, and that was compatible with my Claude Code Max plan: I decided to write a Z80 emulator, and then a ZX Spectrum emulator (and even more, a CP/M emulator, see later) in a condition that I believe makes a more sense as “clean room” setup. 对GUESS而言，路径未必只有一种，但先做减法或许更现实。GUESS可以适度压缩SKU，把资源集中在牛仔工艺与版型这些核心资产上，而不是继续铺陈全品类。视觉表达也需要重新梳理，考虑如何在保留品牌基因的同时，更贴近当下审美。线上承担讨论度与内容重建，线下不必急于扩张，只保留少量高识别度门店维持调性。关键不在速度，而在定位是否足够清晰。
